A super quality antique 18th century Geo III mahogany bookcase on chest. This rare small narrow Georgian antique 2 two piece mahogany bookcase cupboard has an upper section with adjustable shelves enclosed behind two panelled doors with wonderful original rich colour. The lower section has three graduated cockbeaded drawers with original brass handles. All the drawers are oak lined. The whole is raised on bracket feet typical of the period. In the manner of Thomas Bradshaw this is a splendid and elegant piece of furniture which would grace any home.
